Ricardo Carter’s journey into photography began with a deep-seated passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail with his hobby of photography with disposable cameras. Ricardo graduated from the University of North Texas in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication and a Minor in Journalism. As a photojournalist with the North Texas (NT) Daily News, Ricardo honed his skills in capturing the essence of human experiences. His NT Daily News photographs included art exhibits, music festivals, and community events. Ricardo aspires to make a significant impact in the field of photojournalism.
